What to do....what to do.....

Let's start out with the bright side, I did ovulate this month and AF came on her own without the assistance of any medication. The bad news AF came period....and now we head into a decision making month. I will be seeing my spine surgeon on the 19th to talk about my SI joint replacement surgery. My options are to have another joint injection done (which lasted almost a year last time) or to go ahead and have the surgery which would put our TTC back at least 6 months.

My heart says to get the injection and carry on with the fertility measures as planned because at this point my desire to have a baby is way higher than the desire to be pain free. My head says that without the surgery a pregnancy could be excruciating. My patience is wearing thin and the "not knowing" is starting to annoy me to say the least! Perhaps a divine intervention will come my way and tell me what to do....but until then I will be doing a lot of thinking, hoping, and praying.....
